Designer de semiconducteurs spécialisé dans la conception d'ASICs pour les marchés industriels. Esprit start-up. Société française.

Points clés du poste:
Rattaché au directeur de l'engineering, vous serez en charge de la conception et de l'architecture des PLL. Une position de team leader en plus de l'aspect technique du poste peut être proposé aux profils seniors recherchant plus de responsabilités.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Architecture et design de PLL RF hautes-performances,
- Prendre part aux réunions de définition et de spécification avec les clients internationaux de l'entreprise,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de design analogique et de layout sur les spécifications des sous-blocs pour obtenir le meilleur compromis entre la surface, la puissance et la performance,
- Définir la stratégie de test et la méthodologie de vérification,
- Animer les revues de design,
- Rédiger la documentation associée en conformité avec les exigences qualité.
- Pour une position de team lead : animation de l'équipe, répartition des tâches, accompagnement à la montée de compétences.

Compétences nécessaires:
Plus de 10 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire.

Vision complète du flow de conception d'un IC analogique ou mixed-signal du schématique du transistor au GDSII.

Solides compétences en design de PLL (low jitter LC based PLL) pour des convertisseurs ADC/DAC de hautes performances.

Expérience en technologie CMOS / FDSOI 22nm et au-dessous.

La dimension internationale des projets implique une pratique écrite et orale courante de l'anglais professionnel.

Formation initiale:
BAC+5, master ou doctorat en génie électrique
