Position Overview

The Health & Safety Supervisor plays a crucial role in preventing occupational hazards and workplace accidents by implementing monitoring, analysis, and prevention tools. Maintaining close relationships with relevant authorities, conducting training sessions, and adhering to company Quality processes and values are key responsibilities of this role.

Management Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams based on the Group's strategy
• Develop hierarchical and functional organizational charts for the department
• Recruit, evaluate, and continuously train team members
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the team
• Provide regular updates and disseminate information regarding Group processes and strategies to the teams
• Offer guidance and support to team members
• Foster team spirit and unity
• Conduct cross-functional management during project execution
• Conduct annual reviews and create training plans for team members
• Assess team members' performance and provide assistance in case of challenges

Operational Management Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with State Organizations responsible for H&S issues
• Address various inquiries and requests from these institutions, such as labor inspections and Health Insurance Funds
• Stay updated on H&S regulations and inform the Management of any resulting implications or changes when necessary

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in H&S, HR, Transportation, or Logistics
• Understanding of the Group's businesses and social regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English
