L'entreprise cible est un Groupe international de grande consommation qui est présent dans plus de 150 pays et qui dispose de plusieurs branches d'activités.
Pour soutenir sa croissance, il est actuellement à la recherche d'un.e Category Manager pour intégrer les équipes.
Ce poste est à pourvoir à Courbevoie.
Il s'agit d'un poste qui offre de nombreuses possibilités d'évolution depuis le siège.
Vos missions vont consister à établir une stratégie et un plan d'actions marketing et commercial sur votre catégorie de produits.
Parmi vos actions vous aurez notamment à veiller à:
- Coordonner les études marketing afin d'analyser le besoins des consommateurs
- Définir l'offre produit : le type de produit, la gamme (largeur et profondeur) ;
- Définir la politique de distribution : réaliser des argumentaires pour les forces de ventes ;
- Définir avec le marketing le plan de lancement des produits ;
- Coordonner le plan de communication ;
- Etre potentiellement en relation directe avec les enseignes pour la négociation / achat des produits par la grande distribution ;
- Coordonner le merchandising : l'organisation des rayons au sein des supermarchés ;
- Etre en contact régulier avec le service "financier" pour contrôler la rentabilité financière de votre catégorie de produits et des actions promotionnelles mises en place (bons de réductions...) ;
- Etre en contact régulier avec le service "Logistique" pour vous assurer que les stocks suivent bien la stratégie.
Disponibilité : ASAP.
