15+ years of Experience in managing large complex transformation / transition / service delivery with large organizations will be preferred, ITIL Certification must.

Experience in managing large transformation programs / AMS programs with Multi geography and multi lingual support

Program Manager will manage client's Transformation, Transition, ITSM strategy and goals, help maximize service availability and ensure high client and end user satisfaction, encompassing Service Excellence, Automation, Customer Experience, Service Delivery.

Fluent in French and English.

Basic understanding of manufacturing, shopfloor IT applications.

Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder IT support & development projects related to Aero Manufacturing

General knowledge of Manufacturing process and Aviation business

Review and Resolve Escalations

Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams

Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary

Implementation of various productivity improvement with process optimization and application automation for leading aerospace customers

Monitoring and managing IT services desk, and support functions to ensure optimal service

In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery

Very good experience in Service Delivery for IT applications

Good experience in handling AMS / support projects

IT Projects Delivery Management experience

Experience in Agile Way of Working / SAFe Agile

Experience in handling 24x7 projects in shifts

Good to have Aerospace / Manufacturing Industry Domain Knowledge

Strong CXO level stakeholder management. Directly interacting with higher-level executives in both client organization.

Driving Service Excellence through Elimination, Automation, Shift Left and End User enablement.

Driving Predictive and Proactive monitoring strategies for the entire IT landscape. Implementation of required Tools and Frameworks to achieve the monitoring goals.

Lead key strategic initiatives across Application, Infrastructure and Security Portfolio.

Advisory services to clients on their Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Application roadmap strategy, including rationalization and modernization roadmaps.

Overseeing the Critical Incident Management team and ensure right focus for critical incidents.

Improving Production Risk Posture for the client by strong focus on risk reduction strategies.

Inducting strong global talents to serve the client thereby improving workforce quality and flexible resource pool.

Strong understanding of all aspects of Program Management.

Good people management skills to drive program objectives.

Strong client interfacing skills and stakeholder management.

High Impact communication skills.

Perform various management tasks such as creating status/progress reports.

Expertise in people management and leadership

Strong organizational skills

Capacity to train and guide junior team members.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently .
