Vous établirez, en collaboration avec les pays, le plan stratégique du réseau adapté à la nouvelle segmentation PMTC, à la digitalisation et aux attentes futures des clients en termes de produits et services pour PMTC et BSA.Vous serez en charge de la transformation du Sell In au Sell Out. Vos responsabilités incluent :

Planification de la demande :

  • Responsabilité du Global Sales Planning Manager,
  • Responsabilité fonctionnelle sur les Sales Planning Managers G5.

Optimisation du flux de véhicules en ligne avec le plan d'action pour augmenter les ventes et la rentabilité :

  • Prévision des ventes (Sell Out forecast),
  • S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning),
  • Enchaînement Sell Out/Sell In/stock des concessionnaires/production/stock PMTC,
  • Cycle des prévisions/volumes budgétaires.

Transformation de la stratégie commerciale : Du Sell In au Sell Out incluant :

  • Incitations à la part de marché,
  • Bonus sur les livraisons (déclarations de garantie),
  • Contrôle des Bonus VN,
  • Coaching pour le plan d'action commercial, en collaboration avec les pays et le contrôle.
  • Formation commerciale et financière,
  • Négociation, stratégie commerciale, commerce de détail, orienté client,
  • Développement du réseau, expérience en gestion d'entité commerciale ou expérience de ZM (Zone Manager),
  • Impératif de venir du milieu des deux-roues,
  • L'anglais est obligatoire,
  • Français obligatoire,
  • Pack Office, ERP (SAP), Essbase.
