**Missions**:
- Vous serez en charge du développement d'une activité de conseil en capital structure (equity & financing) advisory chez CAMA (Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors) autour de deux axes principaux:
- le conseil en levées de fonds pour l'accompagnement des cessions acquisitions
- le conseil en structuration du capital pour les sociétés en recherche ou en réorganisation de leur structure de passif
**1 - Conseil en levées de fonds**
- Le suivi pro actif des marchés et acteurs de place (quasi-equity, mezzanine, unirate, leverage et désintermédiés) )
- Le marketing auprès des réseaux du groupe et de leurs clients
- L'origination de mandat en propre ou en collaboration avec les équipes M&A de CAMA ou de CACIB
- La structuration et gestion de projet (termes, process, négociation)
**2 - Conseil en structuration du capital**
- Diagnostique
- Co-origination de mandats liés à des « recherches de capitaux »
- Conseil en structure de capital
- Recherche de financements alternatifs
- Dette hybride et ou subordonnée
- Montage des opérations de financement
Pour réaliser vos missions, vous devrez entretenir une relation proche et privilégiée avec l'écosystème métier pertinent au sein du Groupe et sur le marché.
Vous développerez des relations de confiance avec les réseaux du groupe Crédit Agricole afin d'identifier les opportunités commerciales.
Enfin, vous assurerez le briefing et débriefing des équipes d'exécution pouvant être alloués aux exécutions et supervisant les projets et les mandats obtenus.

- 11 ans et plus
**Expérience**:
- Excellentes compétences en finance d'entreprise
- Maitrise des fondamentaux des instruments financiers liés à l'exercice de ses missions
- Préparation de pitch, modélisation financière (BP et LBO notamment) et la proposition commerciale en découlant.
- Une excellente connaissance de l'analyse financière et de la comptabilité d'entreprise permettant de juger du profil des entreprises
