Missions :
- Ensures the continuous existence and accuracy of the Project Time Schedule;
- Creates and updates a Level 4 Time Schedule in accordance with the WBS;
- Performs regular Critical Path analysis and control interfaces between scope;
- Challenges margins over the interfaces, target dates :
- Implements a centralized management of the project time schedule follow-up and participates accordingly in the regular assessment of the project progress status.
- Establishes KPI, Physical progress
- - Report in due time relevant alerts and promotes action plans to the Project
