Our Paris based Transaction Advisory Group is lead by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors.The team has earned an exceptional reputation for excellent work & they are highly active in France, working for premium clients on high profile deals:
large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and French LBO's. Their work comprises French situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.

Our base salaries and benefits are highly competitive, and our bonuses are uncapped and well known for their fairness and generosity correlating with the employees' contribution in business development and project execution to grow both Transaction Advisory and other A&M services.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Managing Directors in France and across the globe on business development activities including thought leadership, proposals, pitches and networking
- Support our Managing Directors to lead and develop the French Transaction Advisory team, including recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Lead and deliver multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in France and internationally
- Work with a variety of largecap and midcap private equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions
- Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
- Work alongside operational/technical, commercial, tax and other due diligence professionals in integrated due diligence project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
- Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build crossservice line relationships
- Be active in the external market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and developing new client relationships
- Contribute to the development of the wider team through the provision of formal and informal training

- Senior level experience (8+ years) in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) at a Big 4 firm
- Strong academic record and experience providing Financial Due Diligence across a variety of sectors
- Welldeveloped stakeholder management skills including managing key client relationships and networking / business development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Native or fluent French & English is essential. Additional language skills are highly advantageous
- Highly ambitious and motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, deep functional knowledge and insight, a blend of operational and commercial skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
