Mission:
Manpower, a major player in the job market for over 65 years, is looking for an Operator for Brazing and Surface Treatment (M/F) for a client in the aeronautics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for degreasing/stripping parts/equipment, as well as brazing in the oven (Vacuum Oven/Salt Bath) and desalination after salt bath.

Responsabilities:

  • Perform brazing application on the matrix before salt bath brazing
  • Load/Unload
  • Launch the defined program and control the end of the cycle/position the load thermocouples as defined
  • Control brazing, desalination, and heat treatment cycles, control brazed joints
  • Perform first-level maintenance (leak rate, pumping time) as defined by maintenance and brazing expert
  • Follow the pyrometric control of the measurement chain of the Salt Bath and vacuum oven
  • Record work parameters on tracking sheets, batch notebooks, dedicated software
  • Support plant audits (NADCAP, EN9100...)
  • Treat parts in baths (degreasing and stripping) following the range and process
  • Check the conformity of the obtained result
  • Monitor and control the different stripping baths (nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid): analysis, recordings
  • In the absence of the chemical analysis technician, empty the stripping baths and the water treatment station, monitor and control the water treatment station: analysis, recordings
  • Record work parameters on tracking sheets, batch notebooks, dedicated software
  • Support plant audits (NADCAP, EN9100...)
