Your role?

See the future: Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
You will embrace a wide array of opportunities and challenges in 2 main product domains:
- Our wellestablished operations platform example of a recent initiative: full revamp of our endtoend supply chain process
- And our recently launched IoTenabled offer, Maximize example of a recent feature: IoTbased detection of breakdowns, with a triage system in the engineer app
Make it happen:Collaborate with stakeholders across UK, France, Singapore and Hong Kong, to gather insights and prioritise initiatives. Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product features under the Shape Up methodology.
Champion the voice of the user:
conduct user research with customers, field engineers or any user of our products to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
-Stay informed:Analyse performance metrics and user data to drive continuous improvement and iterate on product enhancements. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging smart building and IoT technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- You have a proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives from concept to launch, with at least five years of experience leading crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
- You can define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals

- You excel in navigating uncertainty and demonstrate agility in swiftly adjusting to evolving priorities and business demands
