Situé au cœur du Triangle d'Or entre l'Arc-de-Triomphe et la place de la Concorde, le Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel affiche fièrement sa devanture sur la plus belle avenue du monde. Sous la responsabilité de l'assistant DAF et en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Financier et Administratif , le Superviseur comptable occupe une position clé au sein du service financier.
Superviser et garantir l'intégrité des opérations comptables enregistrées par l'équipe Finance (Compta fournisseurs, client, caisse générale)
– Établir les états financiers et assurer la conformité aux normes comptables.
– Gérer les audits et suivre les politiques financières.
– Charges constatées d'avance avec la comptabilité fournisseurs,
Suivi des budgets énergies-techniques-contrats
Responsable du service en cas d'absence de l'Assistant DAF (vacances, maladie)
Respecter et faire vivre les audits Marriott au sein de l'hôtel, notamment l'ISRA. Il est responsable de réaliser au cours de l'année civile l'intégralité des Audits financiers de l'entreprise
Assure le suivi de l'exécution des recommandations formulées à l'issue des audits annuels (plan d'actions).
Peut être amené à intervenir, en cas d'absence, sur les autres périmètres comptables (fournisseurs, contrôle des coûts...).
Primes (ancienneté, 13e mois, ...), plan d'intéressement, Tickets restaurant en plus de l'indemnité nourriture, prise en charge des transports à 70%, tarifs préférentiels dans les hôtels et les restaurants de la chaine Marriott, et de nombreux autres à découvrir ...
