Platform Support Engineer

Le pôle "Core Technologie & Architecture" est responsable de l'ingénierie des systèmes transverses de CFM et en particulier de nos plateformes techniques et applicatives qui se déclinent comme ainsi.
Notre plateforme d'analyse quantitative dédiée à l'exploration de la donnée et à la mise au point de stratégies d'investissement.
Nos fondations techniques donnant accès aux standards Open-Source de Data Science et aux écosystèmes Python de référence,
C'est au quotidien que cette équipe de platform engineering accompagne développeurs, analystes et chercheurs de CFM avec des solutions innovantes.?Elle est référente sur les valeurs d'excellence opérationnelle et les bonnes pratiques de développement.
Vous interviendrez directement sur notre plateforme d'analyse quantitative, et aurez la charge de garantir sa disponibilité et la qualité de ses évolutions. Au-delà de la supervision et du support aux utilisateurs, vous serez amené à faire des propositions et écrire des outillages, pour accompagner la montée en charge, le niveau de qualité attendu et l'expérience des utilisateurs.
Vous superviserez la conformité des contributions aux codes et services métier qu'elle expose,
Vous surveillerez, analyserez et alerterez sur les problèmes détectés durant les phases de test,
Vous validerez les changements dans les fondations techniques et anticiperez les impacts sur les codes que vous supervisez,
Vous serez en support direct des utilisateurs dans leurs tâches exploratoires et de développement,
Vous concevrez des logiciels qui amélioreront votre productivité et l'expérience des contributeurs,
Vous prendrez en charge la formation des utilisateurs ainsi que la documentation des processus.
Vous disposez d'un master (bac +5 écoles d'ingénieur/IT ou équivalent universitaire),
Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 4 ans dans le support et le développement logiciel,
Vous maîtrisez Python (et idéalement C++ ou Rust) et ses environnements de tests et de profilage,
Vous possédez des compétences en DevOps (par exemple Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Docker, ...),
Vous avez des connaissances du stack Data Science (Pandas, Numpy, Machine Learning, ML-Ops...),
