Au quotidien vous allez:

- Suivre et piloter les projets en cours, par le contrôle des coûts, des ressources, des livrables et des délais,
- Gérer, planifier et prioriser les actions du portefeuille d'activités,
- Coordonner l'avancement du projet et en rendre compte par des reporting réguliers auprès de la hiérarchie,
- Organiser et animer les réunions d'équipe, favoriser et veiller à l'implication de tous les acteurs sur le projet,
- Anticiper et contrôler les risques inhérents au projet,
- Rester force de proposition, faire preuve d'initiative pour élaborer des plans d'actions.

- Vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience réussie dans le pilotage de projet dans un secteur industriel quelconque.
- Vous avez **une appétence pour les thématiques innovantes ou R&D.**:

- Vous avez **des connaissances dans le monde de l'assemblage** avec de gros volumes (auto, naval, aéro,) soit de bonnes connaissances aéro.
- La connaissance d'outils de planification et gestion de projet tels que **Ms Project **ou **Primavera** sont appréciées.
