Due to our
continued success and growth we are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team.

We currently have a team of 4 Account Executives and are looking to grow this on a global basis, so its a fantastic opportunity to help grow our business and take a leading role in the company.

The role

  • Manage and motivate a team of 4+ salespersons to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders all over the world
  • Create and implement effective sales training programs
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the executive team
  • Identify and address potential obstacles to sales success
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with all teams at Namastay to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and managing sales operations. You will work closely with the CEO and the rest of our leadership team.

Who you are

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Aircall, and other sales tools
  • Experience in a demanding international environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • General understanding of the hospitality industry and their IT environment

Offices in Paris - However offer fully remote or Hybrid working also
