Esko est un leader du marché fournissant des solutions logicielles et matérielles pour l'industrie de l'emballage, notamment des logiciels de flux de travail d'impression et de conception d'emballages tels que Automation Engine, Artpro, Equinox et Artioscad. Nous concevons et fabriquons des imageurs numériques Cyrel (CDI) qui sont utilisés pour produire des plaques d'impression flexo numériques pour les presses d'impression flexo. Nous concevons et fabriquons également des appareils d'exposition Crystal (XPS) qui sont utilisés pour produire des plaques flexo numériques très cohérentes. Nos solutions s'étendent également à l'inspection des impressions, à la mesure des couleurs, au contrôle des presses, à l'épreuvage et à la vérification.

**Notre ingénieur de service sur le terrain idéal**:
Être situé à Tours ou dans les environs et avoir une expérience avérée en tant qu'ingénieur de service sur le terrain. Vous aurez une expérience avérée de travail avec des appareils de production de grande valeur et serez capable de gérer la pression qui va de pair avec un environnement de production 24h/24 et 7j/7. Vous aurez de l'expérience de travail avec des appareils d'imagerie/exposition/inspection d'impression similaires et serez familier avec les processus d'impression.
**Votre rôle chez Esko**:
- Responsable de l'installation, de la maintenance et du dépannage/réparation du matériel CDI/XPS/AVT
- Informer le client sur l'utilisation et la maintenance quotidiennes de son matériel Esko et de son logiciel d'interface frontale/utilisateur.
- Installer et configurer le logiciel frontal/interface utilisateur
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable régional du service, les ventes, le support global, le support matériel et l'équipe de support client pour résoudre rapidement tout problème sur site.
- Soumettre des rapports de visite de service détaillés et faciliter les demandes/retours de pièces de rechange
- Être responsable de la satisfaction du client
**Votre formation et/ou expérience de base**:
Les qualifications suivantes constituent les exigences mínimales nécessaires pour remplir avec succès ce rôle. Cependant, toute combinaison équivalente d'expérience, d'éducation et de formation, fournissant les connaissances, compétences et aptitudes nécessaires, serait acceptable, sous réserve de toute exigence légale et/ou réglementaire.
- Qualification en génie électrique/électronique ou diplôme d'études collégiales
- Ingénieur de service sur site expérimenté
- Expérience dans le dépannage et la réponse aux préoccupations des clients
- Bon niveau d'exposition/expérience en mécanique
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement entrepreneurial, autonome et au rythme rapide
- Capable de travailler de manière productive dans un environnement sous pression
- Expérience et exposition de travail avec des appareils d'imagerie/exposition similaires**Notre offre**
