Au sein du département du Digital et Développement client de Louis Vuitton, sous la responsabilité du Directeur Global des Services Omnicanal, Search Engine Marketing Leader Senior est un.e expert.e et un.e du Paid Search, et jouera un rôle clé dans le développement et l'exécution de nos stratégies des moteurs de recherche afin d'augmenter notre visibilité en ligne, d'attirer un trafic qualitatif et d'optimiser les taux de conversion. Il.Elle orientera les objectifs commerciaux et de marque avec les campagnes et budgets appropriés. Avec assurance, travaillera avec les spécialistes SEM des marchés et des agences spécialisées. Il.Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, et restera informé.e des dernières tendances de l'industrie pour s'assurer de la pertinence de nos campagnes SEM et de leurs résultats.
Responsabilités:
- Définir une stratégie de Paid Search efficace pour soutenir les objectifs de la marque et les objectifs commerciaux, en tenant compte de la spécificité d'une marque de luxe.
- Partager cette stratégie avec le comité de direction Louis Vuitton et en zones.
- Collaborer avec une équipe de spécialistes SEM sur les marchés, en fournissant des conseils, du coaching et du mentorat.
- Superviser l'allocation du budget, en veillant à une dépense efficace et à un retour sur investissement sur plusieurs canaux SEM en coordination avec les équipes Médias, Finances et Zones.
- Suivre et examiner les performances de chaque format et marché, faire des recommandations stratégiques pour optimiser les performances des campagnes et améliorer le ROI.
- Collaborer avec d'autres équipes (SEO, contenu, médias sociaux, etc.) pour aligner les efforts SEM avec les initiatives globales.
- Mesurer et rendre compte de l'impact du SEM, en ligne et hors ligne.
- Proposer et piloter de nouveaux formats de Paid Search en partenariat avec les moteurs de recherche, les régions et nos agences.
- Rester à jour avec les dernières tendances et meilleures pratiques en matière de publicité de recherche payée et de marketing numérique. Partager les connaissances.
- Examiner les performances des agences avec le groupe LVMH.
PROFIL
- Expérience significative (+ 7 ans) en SEM avec un solide historique en gestion de campagnes SEM réussies.
- Maîtrise des principales plateformes SEM à travers le monde : Google, Naver, Baidu,...
- Expérience dans la gestion de campagnes de Paid Search à grande échelle sur plusieurs plateformes.
- Charismatique, compétences en leadership et excellente communication écrite et verbale.
- Fortes compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'interpréter les données et de prendre des décisions basées sur les données.
- Très organisé.e et capable de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets.
- Connaissance du SEO et de sa relation avec le SEM est un plus.
- Certification Google Ads est un plus.
- Français et Anglais courants.
