Sous la responsabilité de la directrice, vous pilotez l'activité et la gestion quotidienne du bar, de l'offre restauration, du petit-déjeuner et de la salle de réunion, vous aimez le chalenge ? Tout est à créer offre et carte.
Principales missions
- S'assurer de la satisfaction de la clientèle, prise en charge du client
- Organiser, superviser et s'assurer de la conformité de mise en place des différents services (petit-déjeuner, bar, terrasse, salle de réunion)
- Suivre l'état des stocks et identifier les besoins en approvisionnement
- Inventaires (fin de mois)
- Veiller au respect des commandes, vérifier systématiquement la facturation pendant le service
- Encadrement de l'équipe.
- Planning équipe
- Travail en journée ou en soirée /Repos 1 weekend sur 2
- Passionné par le métier, sens du service client et goût pour le terrain, dynamique
- Ecoute, disponibilité et réactivité
- Organisation et rigueur
- 1 an d'expérience minimum
- Anglais et français courant
