BRASSERIE DE MONS-EN-BAROEUL (59)
POSTE
Bertrand, Change Leader au sein de la Brasserie de Mons-en-Baroeul, recrute pour son équipe un(e) Project Set-Up Manager pour accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans les différents changements organisationnels et matériels de la brasserie.
En tant de Project Set-Up manager, vous êtes le véritable chef d'orchestre de l'intégration des projets d'investissement au sein des opérations du site de Mons
Le périmètre "utilités" comprend le renouvellement des installations de :
- Production de fluides (froid, vapeur, air comprimé, CO2)
- Distribution électrique
- Distribution d'eau
- Traitement des eaux usées (nouvelle Station)
Vous travaillerez en lien avec le Chef de Projet ainsi qu'avec différentes parties prenantes :
Interne : Sécurité, Sécurité Alimentaire, Qualité, Transformation, Maintenance, Logistique, Production, TPM, Utilités, Achats, RH, Engineering Heineken
Externes : Fournisseurs de matériel d'emballage, de produits chimiques, de pièces détachées et de machines, prestataires, collectivités locales
Vos missions principales :
- Vous participez à la préparation des projets :
- Assurer la conformité QHSE des installations
- Assurer la conformité des installations aux standards brasserie
- Animer les groupes de travail multi-fonctionnels pour valider le design détaillé des installations (implantation, accessibilité, ergonomie)
- Préparer avant le démarrage les standards de production et de maintenance
- Mettre en place les routines de communication
- Vous êtes le garant du démarrage et de la montée en performance des nouveaux équipements :
- Préparer et gérer le planning de démarrage (ainsi que ressources et matériels associés)
- Suivre de la performance dans une logique de "vertical ramp-up"
- Mettre en place des nouveaux standards opérationnels (5S/standards visuels/gestion autonome/)
- Vous vous assurez du transfert de responsabilité entre l'équipe projet et les équipes opérationnelles :
- Assurer la levée des réserves du projet, en lien avec les équipes engineering
- Assurer la prise en main des nouvelles installations par les équipes de la brasserie
VOS ATOUTS
Vous avez une première expérience dans la mise en place de nouveaux projets/équipements dans le secteur industriel.
Vous avez une forte sensibilité RSE pour accompagner les objectifs ambitieux d'économie d'eau et d'énergies de la brasserie.
Vous faites preuves d'agilité, vous avez un excellent connect et de bonnes capacités à adapter votre discours/présentation aux différents types d'interlocuteurs.
