Les missions principales du département Global Supply Chain sont:
- Assurer la performance opérationnelle via une mise en œuvre des différents processus.
- Développer l'activité Supply Chain pour supporter la croissance des régions
- Animer les métiers liés à la Supply Chain et les compétences associées
- Développer les équipes locales et assurer la collaboration entre les régions.
**Responsabilités spécifiques du poste**:
Après avoir été formé aux connaissances basiques du poste, l'alternant aura pour principales missions:
- Gestion de la performance:
- Consolider les données permettant de mesurer la performance des activités logistique
- Documenter les règles de calculs de ces indicateurs logistiques.
- Vérifier les indicateurs logistiques (notamment la cohérence entre valeur manuelle et automatique)
- Mettre en place des outils de communication / animations de ces indicateurs avec les différents sites Alstom
- Assurer le soutien aux utilisateurs sur les outils de gestion de la performance et de « Business Intelligence », contribuer à leur développement en interaction avec les équipes Informatique
- Développement logistique:
- Rédiger les documents (instructions, procédures, modèle) utiles aux sites logistiques dans leurs opérations (analyse des écarts d'inventaires,...)
- Mettre à jour les documents standards en fonction des besoins (spécification logistique,...)
- Participer à la base de données des conditionnements
- Gestion des compétences et formation:
- Participer et mettre en place un module de formation e-learning lié aux métiers pour les nouveaux entrants (activités services et maintenance, infrastructures et installation systèmes)
- Développer les compétences des sites via la mise en place de programmes de formations (de l'identification des besoins à la réalisation des formations et la mesure de leur efficacité)
