A ce titre, le Bénéficiaire souhaite bénéficier de l expertise du Prestataire en termes d'Assistance maîtrise
d'ouvrage SI.
Dans ce cadre, la Prestation consiste à contribuer à/au(x):
1/ Cadrage
- La clarification des besoins exprimés par le Product Owner via des workshops,
- Diverses solutions adaptées à l environnement,
- Respect des principes d architecture applicative,
- Chiffrage des solutions.
2/ Validation fonctionnelle
- Spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées / découpage des sujets en user stories et rédaction des user stories détaillées,
- Identification et documentation des cas de tests fonctionnels à partir des spécifications fonctionnelles,
- Adaptation d'une approche BDD (behavioral driven development) pour les spécifications fonctionnelles,
- Exécution de tests et remontée des anomalies,
- Diverses validations.
3/ Conduite du changement et assistance fonctionnel
- Démonstration des user stories développées,
- Définition du plan de conduite du changement des utilisateurs,
- Evolution des processus métier et expertise associée.
