The CRM CDP Manager will be in charge of implementing our CDP (Customer Data Platform) partners' solutions on behalf of Jellyfish clients.
Job Description:
You will focus on Data collection Strategy, Real-Time CDP, Personalization, and reporting dashboard solutions. Data quality must be an obsession for you.
You'll be working closely with CRM Senior managers and CRM Directors to make sure that the CDP implementation fulfils the client's global data strategy needs.
Once the CDP is implemented, you'll take an active part in supporting the client and improving its usage of the solution.

What you'll need
Demonstrable experience with:
- Frontend coding experience (Javascript jQuery, HTML, CSS)
- Web and App tagging
- Targeting and personalisation solutions
- Data analysis and reporting
- Database coding (Big Query, SQL...)
Superior organisational skills working with multiple customers.
Demonstrated strong experience collaborating with marketing, engineering, and data science teams, translating business requirements and use cases into technical solutions
Experience with data modelling, table design, and mapping business needs to data structures, especially in the area of marketing and/or CRM.
Advantageous:
Knowledge and experience with:
- Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce MC, Adobe Campaign...)
- Backend coding (Python, )
- Web and app experience optimization / personalization platforms (Google Optimize, Interaction Studio...)
- Google technologies and tools such as Google Analytics for Firebase, App+Web properties and Google Ads Data Hub is a very big plus
- Machine Learning principles and Marketing theory is a big plus
- Dashboarding solutions (Tableau, Datorama...)

- Fluent French (C1 or native) and English.
