**Missions**:
Directement rattaché au Président, vous aurez en charge le processus de prospection et de transaction, de l'origination jusqu'au closing d'opérations de fusions et d'acquisitions d'entreprises dans le secteur des vins et spiritueux. A ce titre vous aurez pour principales missions:
- Le sourcing actifs de deals et de contreparties (prospection active, gestion des courants générés par le marketing, développement de votre réseau personnel
- L'évaluation des entreprises (comparables, multiples, ANR, DCF/LBO)
- La présentation de celles-ci (études de marché, analyse du business model, positionnement stratégiques, KPIs financiers, business plans )
- Identification des contreparties (établissement des listes, prospection, réalisation des pitch, négociation des offres)
- Accompagnement du processus d'exécution (recrutement et coordination du pool de conseils, constitution et animation de la data-room, négociation, etc.)Profil:
- De formation supérieure en finance ou en marketing, vous possédez une expérience terrain de minimum 5 ans dans un poste à responsabilité commerciale, de management ou de direction.
- Une dimension internationale dans votre carrière serait un plus.
- Compréhension des enjeux d'entreprise, de la comptabilité analytique et du business développement.
- Appétence pour le développement de votre réseau et pour le contact humain.
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
- Connaissance ou passion pour le secteur des vins & spiritueux et de l'Art de Vivre.
