Le Travel Retail travaille en étroite collaboration avec ses principaux clients pour offrir des expériences de marque uniques dans les plus grands aéroports et les plus grandes compagnies de croisière du monde. Dans l'environnement dynamique du Travel Retail, nos équipes sont dédiées à partager et à promouvoir avec passion l'excellence de notre portefeuille de Vins &; Spiritueux.
Au sein de l'équipe Marketing du Travel Retail Europe de Moët Hennessy, vous assurerez le suivi design et production des activations et projets permanents du périmètre Travel Retail Europe. En soutien des Retail & Marketing Managers, vous participerez aux étapes de la création jusqu'à l'installation des projets.
Missions:
Gestion de Projets Design et Production
- Création et déploiement d'activations temporaires dans le respect des guidelines Maisons et en collaboration avec les équipes Retail/Marketing régionales/centrales sur l'ensemble du périmètre
- Déploiement de projets permanents en suivant le cahier des charges retail et guidelines Maisons
- Développement d'outils de visuel merchandising (ponctuel)
- Elaboration de brief aux différents prestataires
- Relecture des plans techniques de production, sélection des matériaux
- Suivi de production auprès des fournisseur et coordination des différents prestataires concernés
- Vérification des montages à blanc en usine de production
- Participation aux installations sur site
- Suivi budgétaire
- Management de 1 à 2 collaborateurs (consultant et stagiaire)
PROFILE
Compétences:
- Esprit d'entreprenariat et leadership, vous disposez d'un bon relationnel et le sens du travail en équipe
- Sens du détail et de l'esthétisme
- Vous êtes organisé, autonome et rigoureux
- Vous êtes très agile dans la gestion de projets, la priorisation et la gestion des délais
- Vous êtes en capacité à négocier des tarifs attractifs face aux fournisseurs
- Maitrise des logiciels : 3D - 3Dmax et/ou Rhino, Sketch-Up
- Maitrise du pack adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) et du Pack Office
- Français et Anglais courant
Profil:
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience précédente au sein d'une agence ou d'une marque
- Expérience internationale
- Expérience managériale
- Langues : Anglais + français courant, écrit et parlé, toute autre langue européenne fortement appréciée.
