Au sein d'une équipe tech de plus de 70 personnes, vous aurez l'occasion de gérer une équipe de 3à 8 développeurs organisée par domaine de compétences :
Vous veillerez à maintenir l'équipe engagée pour délivrer un travail de qualité dans les temps
Vous évaluerez la performance des membres de votre équipe (en fonction de leur domaine de compétence) tout en garantissant leur bien-être
Vous identifierez les difficultés rencontrées dans les activités de développement de votre équipe, envisagerez les solutions possibles en analysant leurs avantages et leurs inconvénients, et serez le/la premier(e) acteur(rice) de la mise en place de la solution retenue
Vous construirez un parcours de formation adapté aux aspirations professionnelles des membres de votre équipe et aux besoins stratégiques de l'entreprise.
Vous participerez à la définition du périmètre technique retenu pour les prochaines livraisons logicielles.
Vous organiserez les Squads (équipes pluri-disciplinaires temporaires focalisée sur un objectif) efficacement avec les autres manager software grâce à votre connaissance des compétences et des motivations de chacun.
Vous accompagnerez les membres de l'équipe dans l'apprentissage de la culture du feedback, de la communication constructive et de la maîtrise des engagements en tant que premier ambassadeur(rice) de la culture et des valeurs de l'entreprise.
Vous contribuerez au processus de recrutement des nouveaux membres de votre équipe
La stack actuelle Ils utilisentégalement Docker pour le déploiement et SQL / PostgreSQL (...) pour la gestion de nos bases de données. L'équipe DevOps utilisent quant à eux principalement les technos Ansible, Terraform et la suite ELK pour l'automatisation et le monitoring.
Votre profil
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur le management d'équipe backend avec Python
Vous faites preuve d'une excellente communication, d'un sens de l'écoute et d'une forte capacité de collaboration
Vous avez un très bon sens de l'organisation, de la délégation et de l'autonomie
Vous disposez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
Vous avez une bonne compréhension des technologies web et des logiciels web en général
Vous êtes passionné(e) par les développements de qualité et pour les challenges techniques ambitieux
