La Direction IT and Operations Services (IOS) a pour objectif de doter CACIB de la meilleure Plateforme IT et Opérations pour maintenir et renforcer la qualité des services rendus à CACIB et de se préparer aux enjeux de croissance et de transformation digitale de CACIB dans les années futures.

Le département Transaction Banking Services (TBS) rattaché à IOS assure la responsabilité mondiale de la gestion des moyens informatiques et des opérations dédiées au Cash Management, aux Receivables et au Supply Chain Finance.

Vous intégrerez les équipes du Cash Management Services (CMS) en tant que Chief of Staff & Responsable de la Transformation (ie du pôle « Transformation Office »).

En tant que Chief of Staff, en support du Directeur de CMS, vous jouerez un rôle majeur dans le pilotage organisationnel et la gouvernance de CMS. Vous l'assisterez, par délégation directe, sur des dossiers stratégiques ou importants.

En tant que Responsable de la Transformation (Pôle « Transformation Office ») au sein de CMS, vous jouerez un rôle majeur dans le pilotage des projets de transformation des activités du Cash Management, notamment le projet de mise en oeuvre de la nouvelle organisation CMS et l'accompagnement des équipes dans ce contexte, le projet d'industrialisation de la filière Cash Management, le change management dans le cadre de la mise en place du Client Service de la filière Cash Management, le pilotage de la gouvernance de CMS, le coaching des équipes CMS et toute autre initiative qui serait directement en lien avec la transformation de CMS.

Le Chief of Staff et Responsable de la Transformation de CMS aura donc comme responsabilités et missions de :
Gérer les dossiers stratégiques ou importants en lien avec la Transformation et/ou l'organisation qui lui seraient confiés par le Directeur de CMS
En soutien de la Direction de CMS, contribuer au pilotage organisationnel de CMS
Manager et animer l'équipe du Pôle Transformation Office
Piloter la mise en place de la nouvelle organisation et des plans de transformation CMS en coordination avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes CMS ainsi que TBS/MCM
Accompagner les équipes CMS dans le cadre de ces changements
Etre force de proposition sur toute initiative relative aux enjeux de transformations organisationnelles de CMS
En lien avec les responsables de la filière Cash Management, encadrer et superviser les contributions des équipes CMS au programme d'industrialisation de la filière
Piloter le stream « Change Management » du projet de mise en oeuvre de la nouvelle organisation Client Service au sein de la filière Cash Management
Mettre en place la gouvernance dédiée pour suivre et piloter les transformations CMS
Piloter les programmes de formation et de développement des compétences des collaborateurs CMS (Pratiques managériales, expertises fonctionnelles, techniques, développement du savoir-être, etc)
