Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Product Strategy:
- _Define and
Drive Product Strategy:
_ Work closely with the CPO to define and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Bring your expertise to contribute valuable insights to the strategic vision.
- _Market Analysis and Insight:_ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Translate insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and own the product roadmap for your product, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand their evolving requirements, incorporating insights into the product roadmap.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, using data to drive informed decisionmaking and iterative product improvements.
- Collaboratively evangelize the product vision and strategy both internally and externally, ensuring alignment across the organization and with key stakeholders.
2.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to understand and prioritize tooling needs for various departments, ensuring seamless and efficient internal operations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in Product Management.
- Expertise in User-Centric design and optimizing User Experience (UX).
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology.
- The ability to make decisions based on data.
- Strategic thinking and vision.
- Creating collaborative environments.
- You speak french and english.
- Minimum 3 years' experience
