**Votre mission**

Nous recrutons pour notre client leader de l'Hygiène/Beauté un promoteur merchandiseur sur le secteur de Massy et ses alentours.

- Vous êtes autonome,

Venez nous rejoindre pour défendre l'image de leader Hygiène/Beauté de notre client, auprès des points de vente, parce que vous le valez bien.

En tant que promoteur merchandiseur, vos principales missions consistes à:

- Défendre et conquérir les parts de linéaire.
- Développer la bonne visibilité des marques/innovation.
- Implanter et recadrer, en fonction des accords négociés.
- Suivre les gammes prioritaires identifiées par notre client (Top réf).
- Monter des opérations nationales en magasin (Beauté, TGetc.).
- Baliser les linéaires via la PLV.
- Assurer un reporting quotidien de votre activité.

**Compétences requises**
Homme/ Femme idéalement de formation minimum bac, vous avez une 1ère expérience réussie en tant que chef de rayon, gestionnaire, promoteur des ventes ou expert merchandiseur en GMS, obligatoirement en DPH.
Les implantations en point de ventes sur les catégories complexes n'ont pas de secret pour vous. Vous connaissez parfaitement les rouages de la grande distribution et ses exigences.
Vous faites preuve de dynamisme, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.

Rémunération:
Rémunération mensuelle brute fixe : 1850 €
Prime mensuelle brute : 100 €
Prime semestrielle : 600 €

Poste en CDI à pourvoir sur Massy et ses alentours
35 heures / semaine du lundi au vendredi
Poste itinérant - permis B nécessaire
Véhicule utilitaire de société fournie
Défraiement professionnel (forfait repas, nuitée)
