Mission

Au sein de l'équipe Commerciale de CHEP France, le manager New Business est responsable du développement commercial sur le périmètre France.

Garant du déploiement de la stratégie, le manager New Business est responsable du développement du chiffre d'affaires, via l'élargissement du portefeuille des clients France. Il aura un rôle de coordonner les opportunités de nos clients « Silver » / « Gold », qu'elles soient incrémentales (nouveaux clients) ou en développement au sein du portefeuille existant (en collaboration avec le manager / KAM déjà en gestion).

Il est le contact privilégié pour lancer ces nouveaux courants d'affaires, aussi bien d'un point de vue strictement commercial qu'opérationnelle (supply / qualité/ juridique / marketing / etc...)

Principales responsabilités

Développement commercial

Identifier les prospects sur des secteurs d'activités ciblés en fonction des priorités du service commercialQualifier les prospects et identifier les contacts appropriés (influenceurs, décisionnaires...)Développer la connaissance marché et assurer une veille concurrentiellePrésenter et défendre les « business case » en interne (Finance...) afin d'obtenir la validation de l'offre clientNégocier les contrats et les tarifs en alliant croissance et profitabilitéMettre en avant la proposition de valeur CHEP auprès de nos prospectsConvertir les opportunités en accord avec la politique commerciale de CHEPAssurer une transition de qualité en transférant la gestion des nouveaux contrats clients signés aux chargés d'affaires NAM en fonction des secteurs de marchés. Ce transfert interviendra après la première livraison.

Collaborer avec l'ensemble des services CHEP pour construire une offre optimale correspondant aux besoins du prospectFaire preuve de proactivité et de réactivité face aux demandes prospects/clients

Reporting / Forecast

Être exemplaire sur le suivi Sales Force des opportunités et de l'activitéCommuniquer en interne sur l'activité nouveaux clients (Ex : tableaux de bord)Assurer les reportings internes réguliersSuivre et communiquer les prévisions budgétaires

Initiative

Être force de proposition – (Ex : élaborer des recommandations internes et les présenter au management)S'impliquer dans l'amélioration continue (process/ équipe/portefeuille/...)Participer à des projets organisationnelles / change management pour améliorer l'efficacité entre les organisations

Qualifications

BAC+4/5 souhaité - formation commerciale / ou expérience équivalente

Experience

Minimum 2 à 5 ans dans différentes fonctions Vente/Commercial intégrant la prospection et le développement de new business
