**Management**:
- Manager les Delivery Manager et réaliser leurs entretiens annuels
- Gérer les litiges et apporter les solutions nécessaires
- Entretenir un bon esprit d'équipe et être garant de la performance et l'évolution des équipes
- Animer et informer ses équipes sur la vie de l'entreprise
- Être relais de communication interne auprès des équipes
- S'impliquer dans la vie de l'entreprise
- Être force de propositions sur l'évolution des hommes, des structures, des métiers et des offres
- Superviser et établir le plan de formation et certification de ses équipes
**Qualité - Sécurité**:
- Définir le contenu et les modalités de mise en œuvre de services à travers les descriptifs des SLA
- Veiller à la prise en compte des évènements pouvant impacter le contrat de services
- Participer à l'élaboration de la liasse contractuelle (PAQ, PQS, Plan de progrès, etc )
- Piloter la présentation du reporting client au contact des Delivery Manager
- Vérifier la conformité des habilitations et aptitudes des équipes
- Analyser et proposer des actions correctives concernant les situations à risques
- Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage
- Être garant du respect des indicateurs contractuels sur les infogérances qui lui sont confiées
**Gestion**:
- Gérer la facturation des comptes qui vous sont confiés
- Mettre en place les actions visant à l'amélioration de la rentabilité
- Veiller au respect des charges prévues sur les contrats forfaitisés
- Consolider les plannings de ses comptes avec ses Delivery Manager et gérer les imprévus (absences, maladie, sollicitations clients urgentes)
**Support Commercial**:
- Détecter les opportunités d'élargissement de périmètre sur les infogérances
**Technique**:
- Garantir l'adéquation et la mise à disposition des ressources pour assurer l'activité
- Participer au choix des solutions techniques
**Profil**:
- Vous possédez un bac +5 et/ou une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire.
- Vous êtes certifié(e) ITIL.
- Vous possédez le permis B.
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'expression et rédactionnelle.
- Vous maîtrisez idéalement l'anglais.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et communiquer.
- Vous avez le sens de l'autorité et de l'organisation.
**Poste**:
- **Type de contrat** : CDI 39h situé basé sur Paris 12.
- **Télétravail** : 2 jours/semaine variable (en fonction du profil et de l'autonomie sur le poste)
- **Salaire** : 50-60k€, selon profil et expériences
