**Compétences Techniques** principales:
- Systèmes d'exploitation Windows et Mac OS
- Outils de bureautique Microsoft Office et les suites bureautiques libres
- Outils de gestion de tickets et de monitoring (Active Directory, Easyvista, ServiceNow, Exchange...)
- Outils de gestion des sauvegardes et des restaurations
- Outils de prise en main à distance et de télémaintenance (Teamviewer, SCCM, BMC...)
- Réseaux informatiques, les protocoles TCP/IP et les services associés tels que DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
**Profil recherché**
- Vous possédez une expérience d'au minimum 3 ans sur un poste similaire
- Votre sens du service et de l'écoute, vos qualités relationnelles associées à vos aptitudes à vous adapter rapidement à des cadres dirigeants vous permettront d'évoluer sur le compte client.
- Savoir faire preuve de pédagogie, de patience, de disponibilité et d'efficacité dans la résolution des demandes face à des interlocuteurs très exigeants est un facteur clé de réussite.
