Faisant partie du domain Value Chain, l'équipe SMP travaille sur divers projets de transformation technologique (APIsation du SI, développement Cloud Native, mise en place de solutions S4) et organisationnelle (Agilité à l'échelle, Organisation Produits, Accelerate) pour leur développement sur leur canaux de distribution mondiaux.
L'équipe est confrontée à des défis techniques majeurs concernant la maintenabilité et la modularité des systèmes, ainsi que l'intégration fluide avec des systèmes existants tout en assurant la sécurité et la conformité des solutions développées.
Dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'un poste en interne, nous recrutons un.e Ingénieur·e qualité logiciel.
TA FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
Ton rôle consistera à coordonner et organiser les activités QA pour l'une des équipes travaillant sur notre outil :
- Réaliser les campagnes de test régulières (hybride automatique et manuel)
- Tenir à jour le référentiel de cas de tests
- Contribuer à l'automatisation des campagnes de tests,
- Améliorer le processus de qualité et de validation,
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques qualités (shift left, BDD) au sein de l'équipe,
- Mesurer la qualité des livrables et de nos outils de tests
STACK TECHNIQUE
- Testing : Cucumber, Playwright, Cerberus, HPQC, Xray, Tzatziki, Bruno, REST Assured
- Contexte DevSecOps : you build IT, you run IT, you enjoy IT dans des équipes à taille humaine (équipes produits de 10 personnes max)
- Organisation agile sur des solutions ayant une dimension internationale.
- Front : React and VueJS
- Back : Java 17+, Spring, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Cloud : GCP, AWS
- Tooling : Github, Github Actions, Kubernetes;
- Outils collaboratifs : Confluence, Jira, Miro;
- Monitoring (Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace)
CE QUE TU APPORTES
- Maîtriser un framework d'automatisation de tests
- Forte connaissance du test logiciel (fonctionnels et non fonctionnel)
- Maîtrise des méthodologies agile
- Tu aimes travailler dans un environnement collaboratif
- Tu es à l'aise en communication orale et tu maîtrises l'anglais.
- Ton dynamisme et ton esprit sportif sont des atouts pour cette mission.
- Les compétences techniques c'est essentiel, mais c'est surtout ton ouverture d'esprit et ta capacité à apprendre et progresser qui nous intéressent
- Tu es particulièrement sensible à l'impact de la pratique du sport pour les valeurs qu'elle t'a permise d'acquérir dans ton style de leadership et l'animation de tes équipes
