Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information, et plus particulièrement de l'équipe en charge du suivi et de la planification budgétaire de la direction, vous participerez aux activités de support des outils de suivi budgétaire et vous apporterez votre soutien à l'analyse de la qualité. Vous participerez aux échanges avec les fournisseurs externes et vous interviendrez dans le suivi quotidien de la planification des équipes.
Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:
- Assurer la bonne tenue des données dans les outils de suivi budgétaire et du reporting réguliers des principaux indicateurs
- Assurer un support quotidien aux utilisateurs des outils
- Revoir et augmenter la documentation des activités de suivi
- Travailler en mode collaboratif avec les différents services
- Être force de proposition d'amélioration des processus ou d'extension du portfolio de services
