**Votre rôle**

En étroite collaboration avec nos experts Customer Success Managers tes missions seront les suivantes:

- Gestion d'un portefeuille clients, en développant une compréhension profonde de leurs besoins
- Réalisation des rapports pour les clients dédiés à votre périmètre
- Organisation et suivi des comités de pilotage Préparation des communications à destination des clients
- Propositions des solutions pour favoriser une expérience client exceptionnelle
- Communication avec les équipes Opérations, les équipes transverses au niveau international et local, pour assurer un service Customer Success fluide, conformément aux conditions contractuelles
- Accompagnement des clients dans la configuration et l'utilisation de nos solutions, assurant leur succès et satisfaction

**Votre profil**
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client
- Bonne capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Rigueur et organisation à toute épreuve
- 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur technologique, télécommunication ou Data centers
- Expérience en gestion de contrats et de SLA, CSI et gestion de processus
- Très bon niveau d'anglais (C1)
