To support the continuous growth of Valeo eAutomotive in the PEM department we are looking for a SW Region Manager France (M/F/d) at the earliest opportunity.


Your new task - thrilling and future-oriented- You are responsible to hierarchically lead the SW Groups at your location (except if the Global SW Department Manger for a group is on the same location).- You are the direct interface to the region/site HR for the SW engineering discipline.- You are consolidating the SW Budget for your site and location (CAPEX&OPEX) together with the Global SW Department Manager location strategy.- You are responsible for Cyber Security regulations at your region/site.- You support your groups for legal regulations and you are responsible that the local work law regulations are considered by the teams.- You are responsible for external and internal audits (e.g.

TiSAX, ISO21434, etc.)- You are the SW interface in your region/site to the local purchasing department.- You are responsible for all EHS regulations in the laboratory as well as the office space.- You support the Global SW Department managers for local hirings and contractor selection.

Qualifications:

  • You own a completed technical education (Master ́s degree) in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on electrical drive technology, power electronics or comparable qualification
  • You have previous experience in leading a large team of SW Engineers hierarchically or functionally (also as SW Project leader)
  • You have a strong ability to negotiate and select trusted suppliers.
  • You have strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • You have a strong experience in OPEX and CAPEX planning
  • You have very good English (written and spoken) skills, French and/or German are a plus
