Advance Quality Manager for ECU HardWare Product Line

Responsibilities
Responsible for tracking the overall APQP activities for the assigned projects, with the objective of meeting customer expectations.
Lead project APQP activities directly with customers as required.
Understand and ensure that Customer quality systems/requirements are captured, communicated and met, throughout flow 3 & 4 program development stages.
Support the QRB process by thoroughly participating to the formalization of the associated presentation material especially to the QRB risk assessment. Identify and escalate all items that might lead to a "Born Red project".
For all assigned projects, update the following per the project timing, and provide regular updates to the project team and Chief Engineers:
The regular updates should be used in monthly project reviews to ensure structured escalation when needed.
Provide voice of the customer as well as voice of the plant during Flow 4 development phases.
Update / involve the Plant Flow 5 Quality Engineers as needed.
Quality Engineer for assigned ADP projects.
Supports
Flow 4 to 5 handoff.
Engage Flow 5 Plant Quality in the PPAP preparation, and planning activity.
Support the successful completion of PPAP activities with the project team/plant.
Provide historical, lessons learned and training from project development to Flow 5 Plant QE team.
Support to engineering (PE & ME):
Actively support the development/updating of Prints, DFMEA, PFD, PFMEA, PCP, Standard Cell documentation.
Provide input and guidance on special characteristics on all product drawings.
Documents and CVM need to be aligned.
Participate as needed:
o Equipment Qualifications.
o Flow 4 Line Side Review activities.
Flow 5 as required.
Participate in Change Review Board reviews for assigned product line(s).
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent language skills in oral and written English.
Working knowledge of:
- IATF 16949 and automotive standards (AIAG or VDA 2, 4, 6.3, (Verband der Automobilindustrie .
- Project Management and APQP requirements.
- Advance Quality tools
- MS Office
Five years of automotive engineering, quality or manufacturing experience.
Customer experience.
