Job Description
Au sein de la Practice Conseil Aeroline, vous intégrez une équipe de 160 consultants participant à la transformation et l'innovation de ses clients grands comptes pour répondre aux divers enjeux qui incombent au marché de l'aérospatial.
Nos équipes sont présentes sur Paris, Toulouse et Aix-en-Provence.
Environnement de travail
Notre objectif commun consiste à aider nos clients à se développer sur les axes Métiers et Système d'information sur différents domaines que sont l'Excellence Opérationnelle, l'optimisation de la Supply Chain, la planification industrielle, l'Engineering, le Customer Service et le maintien en condition opérationnelle tout en intégrant les enjeux de sustainability ou de respect de réglementations internationales qui impactent le secteur Aéronautique
La mission
- Le cadrage et la mise en œuvre de projets de transformations métiers et digitales,
- L'amélioration de la performance opérationnelle et industrielle de nos clients (MCO,MRO, Supply chain ),
- L'optimisation des processus métiers et la fluidification des parcours clients,
- La transformation des organisations et la conduite du changement associée,
- La transformation numérique des métiers de nos clients en imaginant les usages de demain,
- La mise en place de nouvelles méthodes de travail (agilité, co-design, Lean-IT),
- Cadrage et aide au déploiement d'un ERP
Qualifications
- Vous avez une appétence pour les enjeux du secteur de l'aéronautique et aérospatial,
- Vous êtes : proactif, curieux, force de proposition, rigoureux, avec de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse orale et écrite,
- Vous vous intéressez aux transformations de la société,
- Vous avez une appétence pour les outils et innovations numériques,
- Vous souhaitez mettre vos compétences, votre créativité et votre énergie au service de la transformation de nos clients,
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur généraliste ou école de commerce.
