Vous rejoindrez une agence dédiée au sein d'une grande institution. Vous serez rattaché au Service Delivery Manager et à l'équipe de gouvernance du contrat d'infogérance

Vos responsabilités :

• Être garant du contrôle de la qualité, la documentation et de la bonne application des process

• Suivre et organiser des livrables : techniques et production

• Être garant de la mise à jour du référentiel documentaire de la prestation

• Mettre en place de schémas et de logigrammes

• Faire du suivi documentaire

• Faire de l'amélioration continue, réaliser un plan de progrès et plan d'innovation

• Contribuer à la gestion des problèmes et aux REX d'incidents majeurs

Profil

Profil :

Qualification : un diplôme d'une formation supérieure est requis (minimum BAC)

Expérience : vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans en tant que Knowledge Manager dans l'informatique. Vous possédez idéalement la certification ITIL V4.

Soft skills : vous vous caractérisez par votre sens de la communication ascendante et descendante, votre rigueur et votre autonomie. Vous avez développé des facultés d'adaptation et savez être force de proposition. Vous savez gérer les priorités et êtes organisé. Vous avez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
