Job Description
Vous intégrez l'une des plus fortes practices de la place dans les Services Financiers (Banque & Assurance) avec 100 Consultants et une dizaine de Partners très expérimentés.
Vous contribuez à la définition des stratégies des plus grands acteurs financiers de la place et à la mise en œuvre de leur grands programmes de transformation. Vous intervenez sur tous les grands enjeux de nos clients : croissance, développement, efficacité, RH, Data / IA / IT, risques & conformité.
Vous bénéficiez des apports d'expertises de nos spécialités : Customer & Value, Centre d'expertise Digitale & IA People & Change. Vous développez des compétences nombreuses et pointues grâce à notre académie de formation et à un programme très dense (plusieurs centaines de modules) et à la richesse des parcours offerts par le Groupe
En tant que Consultant(e) Senior, vous intervenez sur des missions variées :
- Croissance : plans stratégiques, créations d'activités (business plan, modèle opérationnel )
- Développement & relation client : définition de la promesse client en approche design, plans de développement, définition des modèles relationnels, stratégie et marketing digital, refonte des canaux de distribution
- Excellence opérationnelle : plans d'efficacité, organisation et modèle de gouvernance, audit et optimisation des processus front to back sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur, en s'appuyant sur le process mining, l'IA, etc
- RH : transformation managériale, conduite du changement, organisation de la fonction RH et des SIRH, grands programmes
- IT : stratégie IT et schéma directeur, organisation des fonctions IT, optimisation des portefeuilles de projets, pilotage de grands programme de transformation (intégration, fusion, migration ) en lien avec les équipes Intégration et Logiciels du Groupe
Vous vous épanouissez dans une vie interne conviviale et bienveillante et contribuez activement à de multiples activités, participant à la stratégie de développement ambitieuse de nos activités de conseil :
- Développement commercial : construction de nouvelles offres, réponses à appels d'offres
- Contribution au recrutement : forum école, onboarding
- Accompagnement et développement des compétences auprès des consultants plus juniors
- Autres travaux internes : rédaction d'articles, veille de marché, organisation événements
Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 dans une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieurs, de grandes universités ou équivalent, vous êtes passionné(e) par le métier du conseil en transformation et l'appréhension de sujets complexes
- Vous disposez d'une expérience significative et reconnue, de plus de 3 ans au sein d'une société de conseil reconnus ou d'une compagnie d'assurance
- Vous êtes intervenu(e) sur des projets de transformation, que cela soit en phase de cadrage stratégique ou en accompagnement et pilotage
- Vous connaissez un ou des métiers spécifiques bancaire ou assurantiel
- Vous avez acquis des compétences métiers et humaines dans le cadre de ces premières expériences
