Job Purpose:
Lead, coordinate, and support various HR projects to enhance HR performance in the Power Division (8 sites, approximately 3000 employees). This key role involves close collaboration with the Power Division HR VP.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate strategic and operational HR projects across 8 sites in 3 countries (France, USA, UK).
  • Manage the C&B budget and compensation cycles, including merit reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Oversee international mobility and secondment agreements.
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting and provide analysis to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate annual HR process audits and manage HR risks.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and act as a liaison between sites and headquarters.

    What We Are Looking For:
  • Master's degree in HR with project management experience.
  • Integrity and ability to handle sensitive data.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Autonomy, emotional resilience, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Bilingual in English and French.
