Nos collaborateurs interviennent dans le cadre de mission de conseil et d'intégration, de développement web ou en assistance technique dans des secteurs variés notamment aéronautique, spatial, santé, énergie, transport, et secteur public.

Fonctions et responsabilités

Dans le cadre d'un projet pour un client Grand-Compte, vous serez intégré à l'équipe management de projets CGI et interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
- Définition des besoins, en comprenant bien la solution et les enjeux du projet
- Création et maintien de l'organisation projet IS étendue ainsi que la spécification des tâches et objectifs pour celle-ci,
- Coordination des différents fournisseurs, du business et des équipes opérationnelles (IT, Architecte),
- Organisation, conduite et surveillance du déploiement dans le respect des processus (notamment Agile/DevOps des clients)
- Organisation et animation des réunions,
- Gestion des risques et de la qualité, suivi des plannings et des actions,
- Reporting : comptes rendus réguliers sur l'état des services aux différents clients et parties prenantes.
- Gestion des aspects contractuels et l'amélioration de l'efficacité du service et de la productivité.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle

De formation Bac+5, vous justifiez impérativement d'au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de projet dans des contextes internationaux.

Vous maîtrisez les compétences suivantes :
- Connaissance de la méthodologie agile
- Idéalement connaissance du référentiel CMMI, de même qu'une expérience dans le domaine aéronautique.

Vous possédez :
- Un tempérament rigoureux et organisé
- Le sens du service
- Un bon niveau d'anglais
