LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT / IS team dedicated to LVMH's Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries to build, support and operate solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Benefit, etc.

We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 16 Maisons, taking into consideration their specificities, while following a shared and mutualised model.

To support the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will contribute to accelerate our development, improve our time to market, leverage our scale and enhance our IT Tech components with the aim of innovation.

LVMH Beauty Tech has launched a program to modernise the Core Back End Platforms Finance information systems of LVMH's Beauty Division.

We are looking for a SAP FICO Project Manager based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Profil

As SAP FICO Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Finance Domain Manager, within the Core Back End Platforms Department.

Your main missions will involve among others:

• Participate to studies: pinpoint the business needs from Beauty Maisons & craft solutions from design, build, tests and roll out.
• Propose enhancements to our platforms based on Maisons feedbacks.
• Lead level 2 & 3 support coordination with IT partner
• Keep documentation up to date.
• Define and implement best practices standards.
• Participate in user training.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in utilized solutions (new value-driven solutions, trends, etc.).

Information additionnelle

• You bring 5+ years of SAP Finance and project management experience in similar settings or service-oriented firms.
• You have a strong SAP FI & CO expertise, with good knowledge of COPA & COPC.
• You are well-versed in integrating with other modules like SD & MM.
• You are a team player with top-notch people skills, adept at navigating international settings.
• Results-driven and action-oriented, you juggle multiple projects with ease.
• You have excellent communication skills, in both English and French.

This position is available on a permanent basis in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
