Cabinet de conseil en management spécialisé dans les grands projets de transformation, nous intervenons sur plusieurs thématiques auprès de nos clients grands comptes, PME/ETI et startups aux univers variés : direction de projet, refonte de process, accompagnement au changement, redéfinition de parcours clients.
Asseyant nos compétences sur des certifications solides : PMP, Prince2, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Lego Serious Play , nous avons pour ambition d'accompagner nos clients dans les changements majeurs de leur organisation.

Consultant Senior en Organisation (H/F)
Conseil - Lyon
Après une période d'intégration, vous intervenez directement auprès de nos clients depuis le cadrage du projet jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre sur les missions suivantes :
-Le diagnostic de l'existant et l'identification des axes de progrès
-La proposition de scénarios de mise en œuvre et de déploiement
-La cartographie de processus existant et cibles
-Le pilotage de projets / programmes et de l'ensemble des acteurs impliqués
-La préparation et l'animation des instances de gouvernance et l'accompagnement opérationnel des équipes dans le suivi des actions
-La réalisation et le suivi de plans de conduite du changement et leur mise en œuvre opérationnelle
-L'identification des risques et la gestion de plan de remédiation
-La définition des indicateurs de performance et leurs suivis
Ce rôle est passionnant. En pilote clé du projet, vous veillez à la tenue de nos engagements et participez à l'animation de la relation client au côté de nos managers. Dans une optique de foisonnement client, vous identifiez de nouvelles opportunités mais intervenez également de façon active en avant-vente et en bid management.
Dans notre structure résolument à taille humaine où règnent bienveillance et bonne ambiance, vous êtes acteur de la vie interne en contribuant à la dynamique collective et aux chantiers internes.
Nos clients étant localisés sur l'ensemble du territoire vous pourrez être amené à vous déplacer fréquemment (2-3 jours / semaine) notamment sur Paris.
De formation Bac +5 (Ingénieur, Ecole de commerce, IEP ou Universitaire), vous avez une expérience réussie de gestion de projet, acquise dans un cabinet de conseil ou en entreprise et souhaitez désormais évoluer dans une structure à taille plus humaine. Vous êtes aujourd'hui par exemple Chef de projet / Directeur de projet ou de programmes / PMO en industrialiastion, supply chain, la data gouvernance, l'IT, le commerce, le marketing, finance
Reconnu pour votre excellent relationnel, votre clarté rédactionnelle et votre forte capacité d'adaptation, vous savez fédérer et impacter avec engagement autour de vos projets.
Curieux, ouvert et proactif, vous avez développé une capacité à challenger les hommes et les organisations dans une optique de transformation et de performance.
Votre fort niveau d'exigence opérationnelle et votre sens du service client vous permettront de contribuer au succès des missions sur lesquelles vous interviendrez, renforçant ainsi la renommée de notre cabinet.

Pour ce poste, la maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative.
