Notre ambition est de démocratiser l'art du cake design et de bouleverser les codes de l'enseignement traditionnel. Nous proposons une variété de formations, allant des cours pour débutants aux programmes avancés pour les professionnels. Nos formations sont dispensées par des formateurs passionnés dans un environnement d'apprentissage positif et encourageant. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons un(e) Chief Operating Officer.
En lien direct avec le CEO, vous êtes en charge de :
- Structurer les processus : Mettre en place des processus opérationnels efficaces et assurer que tous les membres de l'équipe les suivent.
- Définir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et les suivre pour garantir la croissance de l'entreprise.
- Assurer le bon dimensionnement de l'équipe (formations et recrutement)
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies qui permettent d'accroître l'activité et d'améliorer la rentabilité.
- Gérer les budgets, suivre les coûts, et aligner les dépenses avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
- Gérer les priorités et les planifier de manière stratégique.
Le profil recherché
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation Master 2 ou Ingénieur et vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative entre 7 à 12 ans.
- Vous avez une expérience avérée dans la structuration de petites entreprises, idéalement dans un environnement start-up ou PME.
- Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans un organisme de formation.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise en pleine croissance.
