We are looking for an "IT infrastructure and operations Manager" to be responsible for the run and evolution of our IT systems. Our IT system includes:

• corporate applications (Microsoft suite, Slack.), which are mainly hosted in the cloud

• hardware devices (laptops under Windows and Linux, Mac, workstations)

• on-site network infrastructure

• on-premise servers (physical, virtual and containers) to support internal R&D + access to our chips offered to external customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage IT team : (currently 1 support technician, and 2 systems and network engineers) organizing the team (tasks repartition, standards and procedures definition), communicating job expectations and appraising their performance, hiring, training and coaching new team members
  • Daily administration of our servers and appliances.
  • Troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Work in close collaboration with the users in the company to identify new needs/requirements
  • Elaborate the roadmap for the IT systems (evolution of applications, increase of material resources.) and execute it
  • Identify, analyze and prioritize cybersecurityrequirements
  • Establish the IT budget, and be responsible for the effective execution

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Network administration
  • Linux server administration
  • Various webservice deployment
  • Linux & Windows workstation
  • Knowledge on network infrastructure
  • Automation/IaC (infra as code)
  • Security
  • Operation of on-prem infra
  • Knowledge of Office365 administration
  • Incident management
  • Experience in managing relationship with external providers
