A ce titre, vous interviendrez notamment dans la négociation et la rédaction des contrats avec nos fournisseurs en interaction avec le département des Achats et l'ensemble des Métiers concernés dans un cadre multiculturel et international.
Et concrètement, de quoi s'agit-il ?
Au sein d'une équipe dynamique, composée de 3 personnes, vous réaliserez notamment les missions suivantes :
- Rédaction et négociation de tous types de contrats, en français et en anglais, dans les domaines suivants : Droit de l'Informatique et des Nouvelles Technologies (soit Cloud/Saas ou on premise, Licence/ maintenance, achat de solution dite d'Intelligence Artificielle, achats de matériels), Data Providers (tous types d'indices financiers), Métiers (outsourcing de prestations de services, reportings réglementaires) et ce pour le compte du Groupe CACEIS ;
- Mise en conformité de nos contrats au regard de la réglementation applicable à nos activités (RGPD, Arrêté du 3 Novembre 2014, Orientations de l'ABE relatives à l'externalisation, BRRD, DORA & NIS II etc.)
- Rédaction et mise à jour de la base contractuelle type de CACEIS (« achats de prestations intellectuelles », NDA, clauses types, etc.) ;
- Veille réglementaire et rédaction de notes ;
- Participation à des appels d'offres et projets structurants ;
- Assurer la mise à jour des mentions légales des sites intranet et internet.
Par ailleurs, le service juridique est en charge de la couverture assurantielle du groupe CACEIS et à ce titre participe au renouvellement du programme d'assurances en relation avec les courtiers du Groupe CASA - Assurer l'interface permanente avec l'ensemble des entités du Groupe CACEIS ;
- Conseils aux interlocuteurs internes ;
- Réponses aux appels d'offres, questionnaires et communication des attestations.
Dans le cadre de votre prise de poste, vous serez, bien entendu, accompagné et intégré par l'équipe pour une montée en compétence progressive et rapide.
