We are thrilled to offer an exceptional career opportunity for an Integration Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in shaping and monitoring the integration of new acquisitions into the EFOR organization.

About Your Role:

As the Integration Project Manager at EFOR, you will be the key driver for both the successful integration of acquired companies into our operational structure and the detailed development of a standardized integration methodology. Your role is critical in managing projects efficiently, aligning with our ambitious growth plans, and refining the process of incorporating new acquisitions into EFOR's business operations. This role requires a hands-on approach, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and standardize integration models and methodologies to industrialize the integration process across various acquisition scenarios included in the global M&A process.
  • Support cross-functional teams, ensuring that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize project management tools to oversee integration activities, maintain timelines, and address challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the integration process.
  • Report directly to a member of the executive committee and executive leadership, providing strategic recommendations and progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Between 2 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably but not necessarily in the Consulting or Life Sciences sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and processes.
  • Proficiency in English and skill in speaking French. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed to facilitate integration activities and build relationships with stakeholders across various locations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate integration strategies and methodologies clearly.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • The position is based in Paris or in Lyon.
