| What do we expect from you?
You'll be able to work closely with the Product Manager and various stakeholders to understand the needs to be implemented and rationalize them to integrate the internal program in various countries in Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Functional analysis: understand and define business needs, but also propose your solution to meet them.
- Support the team: As a true member of the team, you will need to write user stories, present them to the team, as well as follow and validate developments to ensure that the deliverable meets the roadmap and our quality requirements.
- Carry the product vision: you must be proud of your work and share knowledge of the solution.
- Participate in the roadmap: in collaboration with the Product Manager, you will be a real actor in the roadmap to propose constant improvements to the product.
- Continuous improvement: we don't just want to deliver, we aim to become perfect Therefore, It will be necessary to exchange with the teams that will integrate the solution and with the end-users to rethink and improve the product.
- Travel: you will have to travel occasionally to Latin America for the project
Qualifications:
- 2 years or more of experience in the telecom industry;
- Curious and dynamic, you like to go further, learn, and relearn new things every day;
- Autonomous, rigorous, and creative, you pay particular attention to details;
- Working in a team does not scare you. You like to collaborate with different interlocutors from completely different worlds (Tech/Marketing/Business/) in English and French;
- You wish to share our values: technical excellence and team spirit;
- Experience in application development is a plus;
- Knowledge of the telecom sector is a plus;
- You need to be fluent in English and have strong skills in Spanish.
