RESPONSABILITIES


We are seeking a proactive and motivated intern to join our Global Digital Marketing competence center. In this role, you will collaborate with an international team of experts, providing support to Pluxee Digital Marketing teams across various countries

Your main mission:


Assist the various experts within the global BRS Digital Marketing competence center, on topics such as Search Engine Optimization, Paid Media optimizations and analytics.

Focus 1: Search Engine Optimization - Support the global expert in charge of the topic with the following:

Perform monthly reporting actions

Elaborate and update training supports

Curate KPI dashboards and make corrections as needed

Provide support to local teams on dashboard usage

Communicate with local teams about SEO related tasks


Focus 2 – Paid Media optimization

Gather monthly platform data for monthly performance reporting and ad ’hoc deep dives

Support Global Paid media Expert in updating existing cookbooks

Support Global Paid Media Expert assist local teams in improving their Paid Media.


Focus 3 – Analytics – Cookies Consent

Identify and remove any outdated or unused assets to keep our consent management platform organized and up-to-date.

Google Analytics / cleaning architecture:

Rename assets in the analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics) for better organization and understandability.

GT Metrix:

Configure the new Pluxee websites on the GT Metrix platform to monitor their performance and page speed.



Focus 4 - Manage the Digital Marketing worldwide community through the existing MSteams channel.

Build and maintain the editorial calendar, and execute as planned

Stay up to date with market Digital Marketing, new topics and trends and adapt the plan accordingly.

Prepare weekly/monthly updates and reports to track engagement and success rates




QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS


Currently enrolled in a management or digital marketing degree

Must be fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills - distant communication with subsidiaries is the norm - and previous exposure to environments with co-workers from diverse background and cultures. Fluency in any of the 2 following language is a strong plus: French, Spanish

Previous experience in Digital Marketing or at least demonstrate an interest in the discipline (through elective choices, cases studies or projects).

Previous experience in website deployment/deplatforming, SEO, email marketing/email automation, marketing automation, paid media, automated email campaigns, BtoB inbound marketing or marketing automation is a plus.

Attention to detail with strong analytical thinking (digital marketing relies on data/KPIs) as well as good proficiency in excel

Problem solving mindset. Ability to take initiative, use good judgment and multi-tasking

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team


DURATION: 6 months starting as soon as possible.
