L'équipe Engineering
L'équipe Tech couvre toute l'ingénierie de Lifen et travaille sur le développement de solutions ayant un impact sur la vie quotidienne de nombreux professionnels de la santé.
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Document Experience, cette équipe joue un rôle crucial en optimisant et en sécurisant les flux de documents envoyés, garantissant ainsi une gestion efficace des surcharges et des dépendances. Grâce à leurs efforts innovants. Rejoindre cette équipe offre l'opportunité de travailler sur des solutions de pointe dans un environnement dynamique et impactant, où chaque contribution améliore significativement nos opérations et services.
L'équipe est composée de 1 Engineering Manager et de 5 Software Engineers, 1 QA et 1 Product Manager qui travaillent en étroite collaboration.
Notre stack technique est la suivante : Ruby on Rails, React, Sidekiq et PostgreSQL.
Ce poste est ouvert au télétravail complet depuis la France.
Vos missions en tant que Senior Software Engineer :
- Vous serez responsable de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités ainsi que de la maintenance et de la mise à l'échelle du code existant ;
- Participer à la maintenance des outils et bibliothèques internes ;
- Nous attendons de vous une participation active aux revues de code et une aide à l'amélioration des compétences de l'équipe ;
- Prendre part au mentorat des développeurs moins expérimentés et conduire des changements en matière de pratiques ;
- Tester de nouvelles fonctionnalités et maintenir une bonne couverture de tests ;
- Assurer le support opérationnel des applications en production ;
- Participer à la veille technologique (frameworks, outils, etc.) ;
- Vous serez responsable de développer et de contribuer à notre architecture.
Le profil que nous recherchons
Un bon bagage technique, avec plus de 6 ans d'expérience où vous avez eu l'opportunité de contribuer activement à l'amélioration de l'équipe et de fournir des solutions techniques solides.
Expérience avérée principalement en Ruby et React.
Pragmatique : Nous ne cherchons pas le meilleur design possible, mais quelque chose de solide (kiss/testé) et qui apporte de la valeur à nos clients.
Esprit d'équipe : Bien que la rapidité soit importante, vous valorisez le travail d'équipe et souhaitez consacrer du temps à accompagner les autres, apprendre des autres, coacher les développeurs juniors, etc.
Langues : Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication en anglais et en français pour interagir avec tous les membres de l'équipe au sein de l'entreprise.
Si vous avez des connaissances dans le domaine de la santé, c'est la cerise sur le gâteau
