Our client, a pioneering company at the forefront of energy conversion systems, is seeking Automation Engineers to join their innovative team across different sectors working on the electrification targets related to various industries
As an Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement advanced automation architectures and control system applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing programmable logic controller (PLC) architectures, industrial networks, and communication interfaces
- Developing human-machine interface (HMI) and visualization solutions
- Programming PLCs and industrial computers using ladder logic and languages like ST/SFC
- Integrating control systems with sensors, drives, HMIs, and data systems
- Implementing cybersecurity measures and tools
- Preparing detailed documentation for installation, testing, and maintenance
- Organizing and conducting factory acceptance tests (FATs)
- Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support across departments
- Monitoring progress and engineering KPIs through all project phases
To excel in this role, you will have:
- A Masters degree in electrical/industrial engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in automating industrial processes
- Expertise with PLCs, SCADA, networks, and programming
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- English fluency (B2 level) and availability to travel
